Recently, we had a very special customer of ours come to us with a big problem. He accidentally damaged his laptop two weeks before graduation and had no backups of his data. He had documents he had been working on for months that were critical for his final grade and consequently for his graduating from College.
This soon to be Engineer was stressed out of his mind to say the least. Fortunately through our Data Recovery Procedures we were able to recover all of his work in a very short period of time. It was gratifying seeing him smile once more.

College papers are probably not a high priority for you, but what about your customer information or family pictures. Most of us are too busy running our business or taking care of other things that data loss is something we don’t think about or want to think about most of the time, but it does happen.
